Make sofrito :
1/2 red & 1/2 green pepper , 1 sm onion, 3-4 cloves garlic
1 -4oz tomato sauce
1 /2 c tomato diced
1 c water
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp complete seasoning Badia or Goya
1 pk Goya sazon with Achiote
1/4 c red wine

Marinate 4-6 pork chops for 2 hrs:
1/2 c Mojo marinate
Or
Juice of 3 oranges & 3 limes
1 sm onion & 2 -3 crushed garlic cloves
In large pan brown porkchops
When brown pour sauce over chops & put into baking pan
bake for 1 hr til tender
