    Picadillo is a spiced meat filling made with fruit and usually nuts. It can be used for chile rellenos, empanadas, and  other specialty Mexican dishes. This recipe adapted fromFridas Fiestas was served at the wedding of Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera.
