We at the Hispanic Food Network love Puerto Rican food. Nothing is better than tender meat that’s been marinated in Puerto Rican Garlic Marinade. This easy Puerto Rican Recipe will have people wondering how it tastes so good. Just tell them Mike sent it to you. Enjoy!

Original Recipe Yield 8 servings

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Process for 3 to 5 minutes.
